This is just Clip Studio! occasionally I'll use blender to work out something in 3D first, but this painting is just pure 2D.

Interesting robot design, I could see her being a great tutorial machine for a game like Navi or Fi but not as intrusive

I absolutely love it, Crawdaunt was one of my favorite Gen 3 Pokemon and Sharpedo doesn’t get enough love either. Your pixel art style is out of this World!
